Chris Price has been involved in property development , marketing and management for many years. During this time, he saw that energy prices grew increasingly expensive and a cost issue for asset holders and tenants . this underscored his desire to seek solutions to this problem including demand issues and control of costs including use of prepaid meters, LEDs  and Embedded networks.

Of particular interest is the future use of BIPV Solutions especially Solar Glass/Windows for office building curtain walls and PV Roof Tiles and PV shades/Carports  to reduce HVAC demand and increase clean energy supply.

Investment metrics for EE solutions for asset owners/users are also of major interest,
